Hi, I'm Charlie.

I'm a partner at Brooklyn Bridge Ventures, but I also live in a co-op and serve on my building's board. That means I've sat in the same meetings you have: comparing vendor quotes, trying to get residents to log into a portal nobody remembers, and wondering why simple things — like sending a building-wide message — require so many steps.

I started Our Building because I wanted modern tools without the enterprise baggage. Something that feels like it was built recently. Something a super can learn in five minutes and a resident can use without downloading yet another app.

We're not service professionals using software to upsell services. We're building the tool we wanted for our own building — and sharing it with buildings like yours.

We onboard buildings in small batches so we can set things up properly, answer questions quickly, and actually know your name. If something's not working the way you expect, you can talk to a human — usually me.
