Overview

Our Building is a tool for small residential buildings to share house information, send emergency messages, and track maintenance requests. We collect only what's needed to make those things work.

What we collect

  • Account info: name, email, and (optionally) phone number.
  • Building info: your unit, building, and role (resident, admin).
  • Content you create: maintenance tickets, profile details, and messages.
  • Basic usage and error logs to keep the service running.

How we use it

To run the service: route maintenance requests, send emergency alerts, show the resident directory to people you've opted to share with, and provide support. We don't sell your data, and we don't use it for advertising.

Sharing

Information is shared within your building with the people who need it (e.g. admins see tickets, residents see opt-in directory entries). We use trusted service providers — including hosting, database, and messaging vendors — to operate the service.

Your choices

You can update your profile, opt out of the directory, or request deletion of your account at any time. Email support@ourbuilding.app with any questions.
